We went to the "Louisville Slugger Museum" a few weeks ago. Daniel has been on this kick of asking how things are made and what they are made from etc... So I thought it would be a good idea to take him to a factory of some sort to help with explaining factories etc...They had a museum of memorobilla and such which was fun to see and then a tour of how the slugger baseball bats are made.
Daniel and Eva are holding legendary bats. I will have to ask Jordan which players bat it was because I don't remember.
Babe Ruth was a Slugger bat user
Omaha uses Slugger bats too!
My Handsome Hunk
Kids playing with Legos and then bottom two pics are all made out of legos...
Dale Murphey used Slugger. We both served with his son in Portugal and when he came out to pick up his son he took the whole Madeira Zone out to Dinner and gave us a fireside.
Biggest Bat ever
Eva is standing next to the baseball player Honus something who was a big deal with Slugger. This pic is for Uncle Honus.
Jordan's Grandpa died of Lou Gehrig disease which was named after this great player.
