Lost 5 pounds in one day...want to know how?

So remember how I hoped I wouldn't have one of those days for a while...well I had one yesterday. Or maybe it was a continuation to the last one I am not sure. I got some sort of bug or food poisoning, I am still not sure. Wednesday around 1 am I started feeling sick and threw up for every 20-30 min till 3:00 pm. It was horrible and felt like I wanted to die. Jordan cancelled his patient but still needed to go to school to take a midterm. My amazing neighbor Ali took Daniel for 6 hours and also brought us Dinner. My other neighbor Chelsea took Eva. I have such great friends. I couldn't have done it without them for sure.
I am on antibiotics for mastitis and Jordan said since I was on it my body couldn't fight of the sickness and that why I had it so bad. He is feeling sick as well...I sure hope you doesn't get to the throwing up part because I would not wish that upon anyone. I am feeling much better today just really weak. I was curious how much weight I lost. I threw up 5 pounds worth.....just sick.
Poor Jordan....If midterms were not hard enough we had all the car trouble, my sickness, and now he is getting sick. He has his last two midterms today and then we will hopefully have a break from craziness.
Thanks again to amazing friends, an awesome husband, and great kids!

awwww... so sorry. Being 'tossing your cookies' sick is NO fun. I'm glad you had some great help and that you're on the mend.

Oh my goodness! I just read your comment about knowing Vivian in Columbia and me in Omaha! It really is a teeny tiny world :). I'm excited to chat with you about this :)

I'm so sorry! That's just awful. I'd rather endure childbirth than have to throw up and have a stomach ache. At least it was fast and furious and now over! I really feel your pain about craziness in life. Three is so much more than two and every day feels like a battle. Yikes! Hopefully you'll have a calm weekend and can heal up nicely. Good luck!!!
